Start with an initial consultation with one of our sales associates, and tell us all about what makes your relationship spark: the memories, the milestones, and the ‘just because’ moments. You give us the vision, and our sales associates will work hand-in-hand with our CAD jewelry designer and master jeweler to refine it into the perfect one-of-a-kind ring.
 

How Unique Can a Design Be?
You truly don’t need to reinvent the wheel in order to create a custom engagement ring. The range of “unique” is so vast that it can be as simple as a subtle personalization to a pre-existing design, and as complex as an entirely bespoke ring design.

For example, one of our clients chose a striking marquise emerald center stone to represent his birthstone, and plans to add her birthstone into his wedding band, so that they both have an element of each other in their own rings. Another client perused our showroom and decided that they wanted the side stones of one ring and the metal etching of another, so we were able to combine everything into one beautiful ring!
 

How Long Does it Take to Create a Custom Ring?
Typically, our custom process takes 8 weeks when we are creating a 100% custom design from start to finish. Some of the more subtle variations can take as little as 3-6 weeks to complete. When reviewing your design, our expert staff will guide you to the best design options for your timeframe, so that you will have the perfect proposal!

Personalizing a Ready-Made Ring
It’s all in the details (really, it is!) The most sweet personalizations can be made right here in our Downtown Frederick showroom. Whether it’s a special phrase, date, or initials engraved on the inside of the ring, your words will mark your engagement forever. Your birthstone set inside the shank of the ring shows her that you two will always be together.

Customizing a Design
Sometimes all it takes is a little change to make it her ring. When you see a ring in our showroom, the center stone shape and size can be changed as well as the metal color! Perhaps you’d like to choose a colored gemstone center instead. Non-traditional side stone shapes are a modern way to embellish your ring: trillion, half moon, and tapered baguettes all give a unique flare to your ring.

Entirely Bespoke Engagement Ring 
From start to finish, your ring is a work of art. Whether you bring a sketch, or have photos of a couple rings that you’d like to combine elements from, you’ll be working 1:1 with our creative sales associates who are ready to help transform your vision into a reality. After a design deposit is made, a 3D model is produced for you to approve before final production, giving you the chance to see your design and make any adjustments that you’d like!
