The cost of sizing is a little different for each ring. There are a few variables like the metal type, how many stones the ring has, the condition of the piece and of course what the size difference will be. For most rings we can give you an estimate while you're in the store, but it is necessary to see the ring first.

All watch repairs and changing of batteries are handled by our goldsmith. We find that this process allows the battery to be handled with the most care and it does take up to a week.

Repair times can vary depending on the work that’s needed. We have a master goldsmith in store everyday and repairs are completed in house. Some simple repairs take just a few days to complete.

All appraisals are completed in house by the owner and the pieces do need to stay in the store. They will however be treated with care and will be stored in our safe while not with the owner.

We do have a laser in our shop which allows us to do all types of repairs to platinum jewelry.

Tennis bracelets just naturally take a lot of wear. Our jeweler handles all types of repairs to linked bracelets.

Pearl restringing is also a service we offer and is handled in house.

Repairs and appraisals are completed in house. We do occasionally need to, but the customer would certainly be first informed.

To size your ring we actually add additional metal. The ring would never be stretched. Our master jeweler does beautiful work and you would not ever know it was sized.

When the sales associate takes your jewelry in for appraisal you could certainly let them know you would prefer pieces of lower value not be appraised. We do take a deposit for appraisal services so the appraiser can evaluate prior to completing the formal paperwork.

White gold jewelry does have a Rhodium plating which is what makes it white gold and is often referred to as redipping. We offer a polish and refinishing service and white gold rings are always finished with Rhodium plating. Our experience has shown us that for the rhodium plating to adhere properly the ring needs to first be refinished to polish out all of the scratches. If a ring is simply just dipped in rhodium it will not last.

Yes. Our shop can often completely restore older pieces. If it can’t be restored, we love replicating in our custom department.

We do offer estate appraisals. Just let us know everything you need and the name of the estate when you bring the pieces to the store as well as if you need them to be valued at a fair market value for estate purposes.

Polishing is a service that is handled by our goldsmith in our shop and will remove any nicks and scratches from your piece. It also includes checking for any loose stones and tightening them to secure them. Rhodium plating is also completed at this time and your jewelry often looks just like new after the polishing.

Cleaning is a free service that we offer for any of your jewelry and keeps everything extra sparkly. We recommend having your jewelry cleaned and checked every six months and the process only takes a few minutes.

No appointment is needed but the appraisal process does involve leaving the items here in our store. If you are interested in selling jewelry you can walk in and get an offer for most pieces on the spot. You are welcome to make an appointment for either service if you’d prefer. Weekdays are best if you have multiple items to drop off for appraisal.

We love to reset family stones of all kinds and have so many wonderful options to set them into and offer complete custom, too. Our master jeweler sets all the diamonds in house and we can appraise the stone if you would like to have it insured once reset.

Yes. We can certainly repair silver jewelry. Like most repairs, its best to see the piece to give pricing.
