Hi there, I’m Susan, and it’s such a privilege to be a part of the Colonial Jewelers team. I’ve always been drawn to natural beauty as I’m an outdoor enthusiast and trail runner at heart. It’s truly marvelous how such beauty is captured in jewelry, and I would love to help you find that stunning piece that captures your eye! When I’m not at work, I love performing as a professional saxophonist, perfecting my latte art, and hitting the trails with my fiancé.

Susan was EXTREMELY helpful, very very kind and understanding and personable!! I came in looking for a gift for my now wife THE DAY BEFORE OUR WEDDING because my original gift ended up getting delayed in the mail. Susan listened to my story, asked me questions about my wife and I and our relationship to try and better understand us and figure out what would be an appropriate gift. She knew that I couldn't just get any random item, it had to be meaningful and special to us and our relationship. We looped around the store twice, she talked to a coworker, she kept conversing with me, and eventually we found it! Susan literally saved my day (in all of like not even 20min too!). She helped me find THE PERFECT NECKLACE, my wife has been wearing it for almost a month straight now. And Susan mailed us the sweetest congratulations letter! We went to the iconic Colonial Jewelers downtown in search of an upgrade from the original engagement ring I bought my wife many years back.
