About Service Coordinator/Sales, Jon
With a lifetime spent in the jewelry industry across many different roles, I bring a unique understanding of how our entire operation works, from the behind the scenes in the shop to customer-facing in the showroom. My journey with Colonial Jewelers began in 2008, and I’ve been lucky enough to return more than once. Today, as Service Coordinator, I serve as the link between our jewelers, our sales team, and the customers we help. I’m also the one behind the engraver—so if you’re personalizing a piece, there’s a good chance I helped create it. When I’m not at the store, you’ll usually find me spending time with my daughter, working on my cars, or exploring my love of astronomy.
