About Operations Manager, Savannah
Hey there, I'm Savannah, and it's such a dream for me to be a part of the team at Colonial Jewelers. I grew up in downtown Frederick and as a little girl I remember admiring the store as I walked by everyday. Now, it is truly a privilege to get to work with such a special part of the community. For many years I enjoyed being a part of the restaurant industry in Chicago, but I just recently bought a home here in Frederick. I absolutely love any reason to celebrate! Whether it's something special, or something small, jewelry is such a lovely way to do it! When I am not at work I love spending time with my family dining out, and just generally enjoying the beautiful neighborhood. In addition to working as the service coordinator I am also studying at GIA. There is so much to know about gemstones and jewelry and I always love learning more. I look forward to learning about you and sharing in the joy of all your celebrations.

Savannah W and the staff at Colonial are extremely friendly and helpful. Did I mention the selection is amazing?Regardless of the occasion or budget you can expect to find many special treasures. My recent experience included a watch repair, a selection from the showroom and a custom jewelry project. It was pressure-free and the customer service was unsurpassed. Although it was a busy Saturday, I felt like I was the only customer in the store.
The communications regarding my items was prompt, clear and thorough. Ultimately my items were completed to perfection and much sooner than expected.
For me, every visit to Colonial, even if just to browse, feels like a special occasion.

My fiancé just proposed with a gorgeous ring from Colonial jewelers, it is honestly my dream ring and I could not ask for anything better! My fiancé worked with Savannah and he said she was extremely helpful and gave her honest opinions when he asked for her help deciding on which ring to purchase. They even gave him a bottle of sparkling wine for us to drink after the proposal! A few days after he proposed we went back to Colonial jewelers to get the ring resized (which is free with their lifetime warranty!) and they gave us so many goodies and gifts it felt like we were a part of their family! I can’t rave enough about this jeweler, they take so much pride in making you feel so special and listened to and the lifetime warranty has so many amazing features that it really gives me piece of mind that my ring will be taken care of if something happens to it.

This is the easiest review I’ve ever written. We are repeat customers of Colonial Jewelers. We went in today to purchase a ring I saw on their website to replace my original diamond ring from 32 years ago. I thought it would be a 15 minute visit. After I saw it with my wedding band (which, by the way, we replaced with Savannah at Colonial Jewelers, two years ago), it didn’t have the look I wanted. There was no pressure at all, but Savannah suggested I might want to look at settings and then select the diamond. I had no desire to do this, as I thought it would be too expensive or too complicated, but since I wasn’t loving what I originally went to get, we looked. Savannah was super patient. They have all diamonds to fit all budgets. Can’t believe we spent nearly 2 hours in their store, but I walked out so excited with our selection. Who would’ve ever thought I would get a custom made diamond ring. Jill, the manager, also checked on us, and she was super friendly and helpful to make sure we were happy with our selections, which we were 110%. Love, Colonial Jewelers and Savannah.
