Sometimes the ring you love the most is sitting right there in our cases; Colonial Jewelers offers many ready-to-wear engagement rings that are able to be sized quickly in-house by our master jeweler. If you prefer choices, we also have a variety of settings that are ready to be transformed into your dream ring. You will then have the opportunity to choose from our curated selection of diamonds and gemstones – nothing is like seeing their sparkle and brilliance in person! 

And if you don’t see precisely what you’re looking for, our in-house custom jewelry department can bring anything you envision to life. Using computer-aided design (CAD) technology, we can show you what your piece will look like, make suggestions, and adapt every detail until it’s perfect -- all in three dimensions.

Custom by Colonial is a comprehensive experience that begins with a free consultation. At your appointment, you’ll want to bring your vision for your special piece of jewelry plus any inspiration photos you may have. We will provide you with an estimate for the cost at this time. Then our CAD designer will get to work to produce a 3D wax model for your review. At your second appointment, you will have the opportunity to take a look at the wax model and make any revisions necessary. Once this is approved by you, our master jeweler will get to work to craft your beautiful custom jewelry piece. 

What's more is that when you purchase your diamond engagement ring from Colonial Jewelers, you will receive a complimentary lifetime warranty. Each year, you'll have the opportunity to resize your ring as needed, polish and refinish the ring, as well as retipping the prongs and tightening stones at no charge to you. The only requirement is a warranty inspection to be completed once every six months where we will take a close look at your ring to ensure it's wearing properly for you, and clean it while you wait!
