Charles has been at Colonial Jewelers since 1968 and has the distinction of having worked with four generations of Hurwitz's. Having worked his way up to manager, he has learned every aspect of the jewelry business, including general product knowledge, jewelry repair and watches. He knows that customers like the fact that Colonial Jewelers is a family business concerned about its staff and customers, that the staff cares about the customers, and that every effort is made to provide the highest quality for the best price. "I like the way customers get excited when they buy or receive that special jewelry gift." Personally, he has a particular interest in diamonds and doesn't hesitate to note that Colonial's diamonds are "top quality."
